The 2024 LASERS Retiree Workshop, held on August 13, featured presentations by LASERS staff, and covered topics such as investments, myLASERS, rehired retirees, benefit payments, cybersecurity, tax information, legislation, and more.

Additionally, the Louisiana Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) provided valuable insights into Medicare. Representatives from RSEA, Empower, and the Office of Group Benefits also provided brief presentations.
