Constitutional Amendment Systems Impacted: LASERS & TRSL Proposes a constitutional amendment that, if approved by voters at the November 3, 2026, election, would revise Article VII of the Constitution of Louisiana. Among other things, the amendment eliminates the dedication of mineral revenues to LASERS and other entities. Instead, the money will be deposited into the state general fund.
