The LASERS Board is neutral on this bill.
  • HB 63 by Rep. Green was amended and reported favorably in the House Judiciary Committee, passed on the House Floor, and was reported favorably in Senate Judiciary A. The LASERS Board is neutral on this bill.
  • HB 307 by Rep. Henry was amended and passed on the House Floor, then reported favorably as amended in Senate Judiciary B. HB 307 requires individuals requesting public assistance who are not US citizens to be reported to US Immigration & Customs Enforcement. The LASERS Board is neutral on this bill.
  • HB 460 by Rep. McFarland was reported favorably as amended in the Senate Finance Committee and awaits action on the Senate Floor. HB 460 makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 and allocates $7,594 to LASERS to apply to the balance of the system’s unfunded accrued liability (as amended).
