When is the last time you checked your LASERS member account to make sure your information is updated? It is critical to keep your contact and beneficiary information up to date so LASERS can send important documents and information to you in a timely manner.
To update your phone number and email address, login to your Self-Service account, and click on the ‘Information’ tab. Then, click the ‘Update Personal Information’ button.
- Retirees may update their home address on this page also.
- If you are an active member, you must update your home address through your agency’s Human Resources office.
To update your beneficiary information, fill out Form 01-06: Designation of Beneficiary and follow the instructions on the page to submit the form properly to LASERS.
