Is Your Information Up To Date?

It is critical to keep your contact and beneficiary information up to date so LASERS can send important documents and information to you in a timely manner.

Retirees: Log in to your myLASERS account to update your phone number, email address, and home address.

Active members: You must update your home address through your agency’s Human Resources office.

To update your beneficiary information, fill out Form 01-06: Designation of Beneficiary and follow the instructions on the page to submit the form properly to LASERS.
