According to Louisiana Public Records Law (La.R.S. 44:1 et seq.), LASERS responds to written public records requests within 72 hours of receipt. Written requests may be submitted by email, fax, mail, hand delivery, or express mail.
LASERS utilizes security measures to screen email. As a result, it is possible Public Records Requests or Media Inquiries submitted through LASERS website forms may be returned or deleted without delivery. Submission of these forms does not constitute receipt by LASERS.
