The LASERS building will be temporarily closed to members and the public from Friday, February 6, through Friday, February 13, 2026, for essential electrical system maintenance.
During this time, LASERS staff will work remotely and remain fully available to serve you via phone, email, and fax without interruption. myLASERS will also be accessible.
Please note:
- The building will be closed to the public February 6 – 13, as it will not have heating or air conditioning during this time.
- Benefit payments and all core member services will continue as scheduled.
- LASERS will continue to receive and process incoming mail.
- There will be no outgoing mail, and printing will be limited during this period.
We appreciate your understanding as we complete this important work and remain committed to providing uninterrupted service to our members.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I still be able to reach LASERS during the closure?
Yes. Staff will be working remotely, and the Member Services Call Center will continue to assist members by phone, email, and fax with no interruption.
Will myLASERS be available?
Yes. myLASERS will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance period.
Can I visit the LASERS office in person?
No. The building will be closed to members and the public from February 6–13, 2026.
Will mail still be processed?
Incoming mail will continue to be received and processed. However, there will be no outgoing mail, and printing will be limited during this time.
Will the closure affect benefit payments?
No. Benefit payments and all core member services will continue as scheduled.

The closure allows essential electrical maintenance to be completed safely and efficiently to ensure the long-term reliability of LASERS facilities and systems.
