Senate Retirement to Meet on Tuesday
The Senate Retirement Committee is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, March 10, at 10:00 a.m. Two bills on the agenda could impact LASERS if passed. SB 16 by Sen. Price provides for educational requirements of certain retirement system boards. SB 19 by Sen. Price changes the name and design of the ‘State Employee Retired’ license plate. The LASERS Board is neutral on both measures.
